EAST BAY K-8 REOPENING UPDATE East Bay K-8 will reopen Wednesday, October 14, as directed. At this time, our school is still awaiting additional information regarding reopening details, including bus transportation and routing. We will share those updates with families as soon as they are provided. We are fortunate that East Bay sustained only minor cosmetic damage, including some bent trim and gutters. There is no damage affecting the safety of our campus, and there are no current safety concerns at the school. We understand that families may still have questions or concerns regarding the decision to reopen. Those wishing to voice a concern may contact the Governorβs Office at 850-717-9210 (tel:850-717-9210). Please continue to watch for additional updates as more information becomes available. ππ€

Weβre coming to the end of the first nine weeks, so this is a good time for families to take one more look at student progress in FOCUS.
Please make sure any outstanding work has been completed and submitted according to teacher deadlines before grades are finalized.

Itβs hard to believe weβre already wrapping up the first quarter. Apparently the school year has discovered acceleration. π

Happy Principals Month, Mrs. Mosley!
October is National Principals Month, and weβre proud to celebrate our own Mrs. Mosley for the leadership, dedication, encouragement, and care she brings to East Bay K-8 every day.
A great principal does more than lead a school. They support teachers, encourage students, connect with families, solve problems, and somehow keep about 37 things moving at once without the building moving to chaos.
Thank you, Mrs. Mosley, for everything you do to help our Eagles learn, grow, and succeed!
