The Florida Inclusion Network (FIN) is offering a series of virtual family sessions designed to help families support students with disabilities at home and in the least restrictive environment (LRE) at school.

🚗🦅 Car Rider Reminder – Finishing the Week Strong! 🦅🚗 As we finish out our first week, here are a few important reminders to help keep our morning car rider line safe and moving smoothly: ⏰ Morning drop-off begins at 7:45 a.m. Students must remain inside their vehicles until the 7:45 bell rings and staff begin directing students to exit. ➡️ Students may ONLY enter and exit the vehicle from the RIGHT/PASSENGER SIDE of the car. 🚪 Staff will assist students with vehicle doors as needed. 🚫 Please do not drop students off in the parking lot or along surrounding streets. All car riders must use the designated drop-off line. 🚗 Adults should remain in their vehicles while in the car rider line. Thank you, East Bay families, for your patience and cooperation this week! Each day is getting a little smoother as everyone settles into the routine. Let’s finish the week strong, Eagles! 💙🦅

Hi to our Eagle Parents!
It has been a great three days here at East Bay! Here are a few car rider reminders that will make our car line run smoother:

* Maps and Info can be referenced here https://tinyurl.com/ysfrx2zc
*In the morning, line up on Elkhart north via Codell. Do not try to line up on Federal or Elkhart south.
*All parents must remain in the vehicle. Staff members can assist with opening doors if needed.
*All car riders must go through the car line. You may not drop students off in the parking lot or walk them in.
*In the afternoon, Elementary will line up on Elkhart north and enter the school at Fairmont. If you have a middle school student, you will enter in at Federal and line up at the stop sign at the end of the service road in the parking lot. This line will merge at 2:35
*Parents must remain in the vehicle during car rider pick up. If you need to help your student buckle up, pull forward to the designated area before exiting your vehicle.

We look forward to seeing all of our East Bay Eagles tomorrow, August 10th! Our doors open at 7:45. Breakfast is 7:45-8:15. Elementary parents remember to have your child wear their nametag on Monday morning. Parents may walk their child to class on Monday and to the class hallway on Tuesday. The clinic is open for medication drop-off. Thank you for your patience this week with arrival and dismissal as we assist all students getting to and from school safely. East Bay LEADS the Way!

🎒🦅 TOMORROW IS THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! 🦅🎒

Summer has officially reached the part where alarm clocks become relevant again. 😅 We’re excited to welcome our Eagles back to East Bay K-8 tomorrow, Monday, August 10!

⏰ Student drop-off begins at 7:45 AM,

ELEMENTARY ONLY, Parents can walk their student to class the only on the first day, and may walk them to the hallway entrance on the second day. 

🚗 Please plan for extra time during both drop-off and pick-up. The first few days of school are always busier as students, families, buses, and staff get back into the routine. Expect some delays, be patient, and please follow staff directions to help keep everyone moving safely.

🎒 Tonight’s checklist: backpacks packed, clothes ready, alarms set, and maybe one last reminder about where those shoes disappeared to.

We can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow and kick off a great 2026–2027 school year! 💙🦅
